One of the biggest troubles I’m having as I go through my training this week is not being able to be right on top of the latest Resolute news as it hits the internet. Resolute has been, by far, my favorite expression of G.I. Joe over the last several years (in part because it seems to be the perfect marraige between Real American Hero and a more “adult” Sigma 6) and it’s killing me not to be able to check out these episodes right as they’re airing.
But you don’t want to hear me bitch…you just want to know where to find it (as if you all haven’t watched it already).
Episodes 3 and 4 aired today all official-like at AdultSwim.com.
Then, us pesky Joe fans dug up some hidden gems, and have already Youtubed Episodes 3, 4, and 5, with promises of having Episode 6 posted before noon tomorrow. Until then, enjoy the Youtube Hotness:
Just as I did yesterday, I took a few minutes to take some screen captures of the most recent trailer for G.I. Joe: Resolute, this time posted on TeleToon Detour.
The quality isn’t terrific, but it does give a bit more detail to some specific scenes and gives you a good look at Zartan, COBRA Commander, and maybe Ace? Check it out below!
Warrant Officer Flint from HissTank.com reports that AdultSwim.com is posting on their front page that Resolute: Episode 1 will be launching tonight at 6:00pm!

Perhaps as an indication of a new G.I. Joe element coming to Adult Swim, the website has posted a specific page with every G.I. Joe themed episode of Robot Chicken in one easy to find place! Here is what the site has to say:
“Recently, people have been trying to revive GI Joe into a more badass property. Hell, even the new animated movie on Adult Swim does it. But the guys at Robot Chicken remember what GI Joe was really all about in the 80′s: Bizarre codenames (Muskrat, anyone?), ridiculously specific specialties (Croc Master, the evil crocodile trainer), and astonishingly insane plotting (Zartan changes colors in the sun because why?). We love the new awesome GI Joe, but we’re glad that Robot Chicken is around to help ladle the copious amounts of cheese back on to it.”

Take this with a grain of salt as there has been zero confirmation from either Hasbro or Cartoon Network, but according to Adult Swim’s On Air Schedule, there is an entry for G.I. Joe: Resolute for Saturday, April 25th from 12:00am – 1:30am. Again, we do not yet have confirmation for this information, but Adult Swim has published an “On Air” schedule, and there is, at this point, an entry for Resolute on April 25th. This doesn’t appear to be a hoax, the on air schedule is pulled direct from Adultswim.com.
Is it true? Keep your eyes here…I’m going to see what I can find out.
