Private “Tripwire” Skoog
Not much is known about Private Skoog, AKA Tripwire. He was an operative alongside Duke and Flint during their early military career. During one operation, Duke was clearing a mine field, and as Skoog came in to assist, there was a mine that Duke apparently missed.
Skoog tripped a pressure sensitive mine, and froze on the spot. Just as Skoog was about to pass out, Duke tackled him and pushed him off the explosive device. Though Duke was seriously injured, he saved the Private’s life.
