Not much is known about Victor Sikorski.
His first known operation was to serve as a gunship pilot on a team of Government Agents who move in to pick up Private Wallace Weems. Things go from bad to worse when Weems is revealed to be a Cobra Bio-Viper.
Sikorski attempts to take down Weems, but loses a chance to pursue the Joes when Lady Jaye calls him back to help with Flint’s Evac.
