She’s also a ruthless, femme fatale corporate saboteur, chiefly responsible for covering-up Cobra’s nefarious tracks by eliminating witnesses and tying-up loose ends. As such, she has made the hunt for the G.I. Joe team her top priority.

- Episode 9 – Enemy of my Enemy – Brings James McCullen to Cobra Industries to present Exo-Armor, which results in McCullen’s attempted double cross and his transformation into Destro.
- Episode 10 – Firefight – Travels to Green Ridge and hires Cobra saboteur Firefly to threaten the town and eventually attempts to destroy it.
- Episode 12 – Homecoming (Part 2) – Dons her combat uniform for the first time and single-handedly destroys a squad of government agents, hunting down the Cobra hard drive.
- Episode 14 – Knock Offs – Acquires a chameleon suit from a research scientist, but fails to deliver it intact to Cobra Commander, losing it to Zartan
- Episode 17 – Castle: Destro – The Baroness travels to Scotland to help Destro with a field test, and ends up growing very close to the arms dealer.
- Episode 18 – Union of the Snake – Cobra uses Baroness’ family chateau to attempt to brainwash corporate CEO’s. Baroness ends up face-to-face with Red Star, who has sworn to bring down the entire Cisarovna family.
