On some pictures, it kinda looks like a figure without legs that can only be plugged on the turret... meaning also that it would be impossible to put a real figure at his place. But you're right, it looks a lot like Ren. Destro's HISS, except they added a 3rd cannon and a different cockpit. I won't miss the pop up body, but the treads was one of the highlights of the POC HiSS. The other revisions are great, though. May still consider it as a "Command Hiss." Also, could this have been repurposed from the aborted Renegades line? The weapon configuration seems similar to the one that Destro was driving in the last episode--I'd have to go back and look to be sure.
