Helix, Sgt. Flash wave showing up at Target!

Along with a barrage of Rise of COBRA figures today at Target Department Stores, word comes in from SpaceMonkeyMafia and PalatineScott via the GeneralsJoes Comments sections that the Agent Helix/Flash wave has been spotted in the wild!

    I wish we had a target close to us, with all these reports it really makes me angry with the coast Walmarts, none of them will release the toys till after the 10th. So unless you’ve driven 50-100 miles to get to target….here on the coast it’s JOELESS!!!!!

    Well I have 2 targets here in knoxville…..one super target and one regular….the Super target I hit at 9 am and found her….looked to be the only one…..the regular target I went to at 2 pm and they had joes the other target didnt. Like CC and the Ice Viper….
