Looking to beat the Rise of COBRA Street Date? Try Target!

Reports are flooding in from all over the country (and all over the internet) that various nationwide Target Department Stores have started stocking G.I. Joe: The Rise of COBRA ahead of the scheduled street date.  I’ve personally seen reports from JoeCustoms.com, JoeSightings, HissTank, and the Coil Club.

Those of you lucky folks with a local Target (of which I’m not…) get up early tomorrow morning and start shopping!  Don’t forget to use the Target.com product locator with the DCPI number 087-06-0246 just to see what might be there.  Keep in mind, this is NOT a “be all end all” way to do it, but it might give you a good place to start.

    Saw some last night at a Target near work. Lots and lots of great stuff! Didn’t have a clear accounting of my funds, so I left it and went on to my other things. Scoured the THREE Targets actually near my house and…nothing! I’m pretty bummed, but not bummed enough to take an hour to go back to the other one tonight. Ce la vie. The full glory of it all will, by the looks of it, be available very soon locally. Woot!

    These toys look AWESOME on the shelf. Man, I had SE Paris Assault and Storm Shadow IN HAND! As well as a Night Raven, an Ice-Viper (so RAD!) and the non-coptor with Firefly. (What’s that thing called?) I’m…pretty bummed, actually. (My wife is all right with it, however. ;-) )

    Walked into target today, saw all the pegs filled with wave 1 collection 1 and a giant smile came upon my face. I am in love with the Duke desert ambush figure.
